BINGHAMTON -- The new Bearcats' bench boss, Tommy Dempsey, has been a busy man this off-season.
Dempsey has been training his new team, signing new recruits, and getting the community excited about the program's new vision, like he did today at the Binghamton Rotary.
After he was done addressing the crowd, Coach Dempsey took some time to talk with Fox 40 about some of the potential speed bumps there are in turning a program around.
