10/2/2012 (Updated 7:00:24 PM)
And that's why police say 27 year old Danielle Phillips of Binghamton is under arrest.
Investigators tell us that Phillips impersonated a doctor when she tried filling a false prescription at the CVS Pharmacy on Upper Front Street in Binghamton.
Then, a second attempt was made to call in another prescription on the telephone.
They also say that she was successful in getting Percocet pain pills on one previous occasion from the pharmacy.
But, when she showed up at the drug store this week to retrieve another phony prescription, she was taken into custody.
She's charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
