Binghamton Debate Moderated by Fox 40's Suzanne Goldkang

The number zero also plays a prominent role in County Executive Debbie Preston's budget plan.

She is proposing a zero percent county property tax increase .

Wednesday evening at 5:00 PM she will face her challenger, Democrat Tarik Abdelazim, in the only scheduled debate.

It is being presented by the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce.

Fox 40's Suzanne Goldkang will be moderating the debate.
