HS Football Tour: Windsor Black Knights

WINDSOR -- Last season was one to forget for the Black Knights. Windsor went winless last season, but is expecting to bounce back stronger this season.

If the Black Knights do bounce back, it won't be because of their size though. Instead it'll be because of their speed. Players say off-season conditioning has the team in better shape heading into week one.
