Owego Native Brings Comedy Show to Holiday Inn Arena

How would you like to make people laugh for a living?  Sounds like a great job right and a lot of fun! 
   
Comedian Paul Morrissey who's also an Owego native says it is a fun job, a lot of work, but very fulfilling.  The former sports anchor and 1995 BU graduate will be headlining his own show tomorrow night at the Holiday Inn Arena with special guest Moody McCarthy who's a Syracuse native.

Over the years Morrissey has appeared four times on The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson.  He's also appeared on Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen on HBO.  He says he finds his material in the simple things of life.

"I think everyday things.  I'm not into big political or religious stuff.  Everyone has their own ideas about that.  I think I'm more of just sharing the experience of the goofy stuff I do all day." said Comedian Paul Morrissey.
