Waverly Man Accused of Sexual Assault

A Waverly man is accused of sexual assault.
 
Investigators say Brett Smith displayed a knife when he attacked a woman over the weekend at a home in Waverly.

He's charged with, criminal sex act, forcible touching, menacing,and unlawful imprisonment.

The 40-year-old was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $50,000 bail.
