Shooting Under Investigation

Police are investigating a shooting in Binghamton, and are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Reports came in of shots fired near 45 Munsell St. on Sunday around 5:00 PM.
 
Police were unable to find a victim at that time.
 
Around 9:00 PM that night, a man checked himself in to a emergency room with a non-life threatening gunshot wound in his shoulder.
 
He had surgery on Monday, and police are waiting to speak to him.
