Binghamton Man Charged With Driving While Impaired By Drugs

A Binghamton man has been arrested for allegedly Driving While Impaired by Drugs in the town of Dickinson.
   
Broome County Sheriff's say 20 year old Isaiah Graham of Oak Street  stopped at a DWI sobriety check point set up on Front Street.  Authorities say Graham's vehicle had an equipment violation and after performing an evaluation it was determined he was impaired by drugs.

Sheriff's say Graham possessed heroin and a hypodermic syringe.  He's now facing several charges.
