Its the middle of summer and that means plenty of festivals for residents in the Southern Tier to enjoy.
On Sunday we stopped by St.Cyril's Festival on Clinton Street in the city.
The nice day brought out quite a few people who enjoyed some live music and dancing along with plenty of good food including perogies, halupki and stuffed cabbage. There were also games for the kids to enjoy and of course raffles to take part in.
"The food is great. I love ethnic food. We have a friend who's in the band. We're having a good time." said Dreama Smith of Windsor.
This was the 17th year the Roman Catholic Parish has put on the festival.
