Kayaker's Body Found

The body of a missing kayaker  from Binghamton has been recovered from Lake Ontario.
 
The victim has been identified as Timothy D.
Confer, age 33, of 21 Kirkwood Avenue, Binghamton.

The body was located Tuesday in Sandy Creek, after an empty kayak was spotted on the lake shore.

The body was later recovered from the water.
