Downtown Student Kickoff Announcement

With more than 600 student housing beds becoming available in downtown Binghamton this September, the city is doing what it can to welcome the newcomers with open arms.

City Hall is partnering with Communikey to put on a "Downtown Student Kickoff" in the Parlor City Commons on Saturday, September 8th. The Communikey is a new business looking to connect local businesses to Binghamton University and BCC students.

Organizers hope to enroll forty vendors for the event. The Kickoff will feature live music, a fashion show, and a hot dog eating contest.
