Cheri Lindsey Pool Reopens

As Johnson City closes its pool, on Friday, Binghamton reopened the one at Cheri Lindsey Park on  the city's north side.
 
The pool was closed Monday evening after police say a 16-year-old girl threatened the life of a lifeguard.

She has been charged with disorderly conduct and false impersonation for giving a false identity.

Police say there have been a string of recent problems regarding conduct at the pool. But those who were enjoying the water hope the few who misbehave don't ruin it for everyone.
