Siena Poll: Binghamton has 2nd Lowest Consumer Confidence Score in NYS

Consumer confidence in the Binghamton area binghamton is down, but just slightly in the second quarter of 2012.

According to a new Siena Poll, the Binghamton Area has the second-lowest confidence figure in the state, ahead of only the Utica region.

Consumer confidence dropped from 65.9 points in the first quarter to 65.8 in the second.

On the bright side, Binghamton's consumer confidence rating is 20% percent higher than it was at this time last year.
