Contractor Arrested For Allegedly Conning Customers

Police have arrested a man they say conned a number of homeowners in the Town of Union.
Christopher Bell is charged with First Degree Scheme to Defraud.
State Police in Endwell say the 39-year-old went door-to-door soliciting home repair and paving jobs receiving down payments, but not finishing the work.
Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Endwell at 607-754-3854.
