BINGHAMTON -- Over at BAGSAI, 60 teams are taking the weekend to compete in the 12th annual Stop-DWI Tournament of Champions. The seven local teams are joined by squads from all over the mid-Atlantic and even a team from as far away as Vancouver. Year after year teams flock to Binghamton for this tournament as do the college recruiters.
"They keep coming back year after year, they love the talent here," says Lou Bishop, Tournament Director. "They know when they come here it's going to be the best competition between the teams and they're going to see the girls' best."
As of Friday afternoon, 65 colleges had signed in to take a look at the players, but Bishop says he expects at least 90 by the end of the weekend.
