More Charges for PA Constable

A pennsylvania state constable from Badford County is now charged with Rape, False Imprisonment and
Prostitution.

Francis Salantino the third was already facing other charges from May, when he allegedly offered a woman money for sex while she was in his custody on the way to jail.

Since then, a number of other alleged victims have come forward, ranging in age from 17 to 48.

He is due back in court july 11.
