Wlasiuk Trial Jury Deliberations Continue

NORWICH -- Another day of deliberations at the Peter Wlasiuk trial, but no verdict yet.
 
The jury deliberated for part of the day on Friday and continued Monday.  At one point there was a request for testimony to be read back, from James Lloyd who was the Chenango County Under Sheriff who took the accused man's first statement.

Wlasiuk is on trial for a third time on charges of murdering his wife Patricia in 2002.  Prosecutors allege he killed his wife and then staged the crime as an accident at Guilford Lake in Chenango County.

Jury members have now spent more time deliberating in this trial than the previous two.  Deliberations will continue Tuesday at 9am.
