Think you have what it takes to be a cross-fit champion?
Well you can test out your strength and stamina at the area's first ever cross-fit competition Saturday morning.
More than 25 fitness enthusiasts from all over the area are expected to push themselves to the limit but also have a little fun in the process.
"We call it a competition but the biggest thing we want to do is have fun. A lot of people sign up and go to local 5k races and what not and this is kind of the same thing. Everyone can participate. You don't have to be in super shape to participate but the thing we want to do is have a good time," said Patrick Skinner Co-Owner of CrossFit Binghamton.
Anyone wanting to participate is welcome. The competition starts at 9am Saturday morning at Cross-Fit Binghamton in Conklin.
