Gas Drilling Opponents Visit Union Town Meeting

A group opposed to gas drilling made a visit to the Town of Union board meeting in Endwell tonight.

Members of the Town of Union Citizens Against Fracking spoke out about their support for a gas drilling man.

One man, Bill Fischer, says he moved away from Silver Lake, PA to get away from gas drilling.

Erin Riddle, another Town of Union resident, believes the best way to get the Town of Union board to ban fracking ban is to continue highlight what she believes will be negative consequences.

She says, "The more information that we can bring to them, the case becomes more and more clear that we really do need a ban of fracking in the Town of Union."
