Toddler Passes Away After Falling From Third Floor Window

A toddler is dead after falling out a third floor window in Endicott.

First responders found 19-month-old Brianna Billet unconscious on a sidewalk at 200 North Street on Monday around 11:30AM.

A witness at the scene told Fox 40 he heard the little girl's mother telling police she was vacuuming at the time of the accident.

The child was first taken to Wilson Hospital and then transferred to Syracuse where she passed away Monday evening.
