One Dead and One Seriously Injured in Two Separate Car Crashes in Susquehanna County

Pennsylvania State Police say David Bryant, 23, of Little Meadows was traveling westbound in his 1995 Chevy Camaro on State Route 4018 around 1:45 Sunday morning.  Authorities say Bryant lost control of his car and spun counter-clockwise as it left the road and became airborne over a creek.

The Camaro then struck a retaining wall and a tree before landing upside down in a private driveway.  Bryant was pronounced dead at the scene.  There were no other passengers in the vehicle.

Bryant was a member of the Little Meadows Volunteer Fire Department.

And Pennsylvania State Police are also investigating another car crash in Susquehanna County that left Anthony Bistocchi, 21, of New Milford with serious injuries.

Authorities say Bistocchi was driving his Buick Regal southbound on State Route 4002 in Silver Lake Township around 5:30 am Sunday.  They say Bistocchi failed to negotiate a right curve on the highway.  His vehicle went off the road and hit two trees.
