Nigel Smith Found Guilty
The jury has reached a verdict in the Nigel Smith trial. He has been found guilty of all charges, including murder and robbery in the first degree with the exception of a charge of brandishing a firearm during robbery. Smith was on trial for the murder and robbery of Bretnie "Sha" Owens at his Stone Street apartment in Binghamton in June of 2013. Smith's co-defendant Calvin Bell was found not guilty in the robbery and murder of Owens in June. Tune in to Fox 40 News tonight for more... more
