Central United Methodist Church's Family Faire - 7/31/2010
Games, face painting and a petting zoo were all part of the Central United Methodist Church's Family Faire.
The church says it didn't charge admission because its goal is just to get the community together.
"We just want the community to know we are here and that people are welcome to come in and be with us, and that we have activities and programs and things for them to participate in," said Erica Heier, the Christian education director at Central United Methodist Church.
The church also brought in a christian rapper from North Carolina to entertain crowds during the festival.
