Update: Police Officer Hit By Shopper - 11/27/2009
The Black Friday rush, caused a few accidents Friday afternoon.Shortly before 2 p.m. a Johnson City Police Officer directing traffic near Macy's was hit by a shopper.
The driver, Rodney Vanhousen of Endwell clipped the officer in the arm with his S.U.V's side mirror.
The officer was taken to the hospital for an arm injury and released.
The officer was dressed in a bright orange reflective vest.
