B-Sens lack playoff experience

Suffering their second opening round series loss in as many years, the Binghamton Senators are still trying to cope with their season being over.  After the 5-1 Game 4 defeat on Friday, B-Sens captain Mark Borowiecki said he believed his team lost the game, as opposed to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins winning it.  He also said that the series loss is due in part to the lack of experience and overall youth of his Binghamton teammates.

The B-Sens enter the offseason with a lot of questions in regards to the roster.  Nathan Lawson, Jim O'Brien, Alex Grant, Patrick Mullen, and Tyler Eckford are all Unrestricted Free Agents and most, if not all, will not likely return.  Stephane Da Costa, Cole Schneider, Derek Grant, Corey Cowick, Chris Wideman, Wacey Hamilton, and Ben Blood are all Restricted Free Agents, but it's up in the air as to whether or not they will receive qualifying offers.

Borowiecki's status is questionable too, as he is due for a pay increase and could very well make the Ottawa Senators roster to start the season.
