Otter Cam at Zoo!

A camera is watching their every move - and now you can too...

Those moves we're talking about are being made by the three river otter pups that were born at the Binghamton Zoo five and a half weeks ago.

They are beginning to open their eyes, and are moving around under the watchful eyes of their mother.

Soon, they're expected to begin a thorough exploration of  their surroundings-- all of which can be viewed by the public thanks to a special monitor provided by Sentry Alarms:

"Part of our education mission is seeing, and I think that more we can allow and enable the public to see these creatures in a variety of behaviors and habitats, I think the better the educational process is," said Steve Contento, the director of Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park.

The pups, born to mother Eliane and father Leroy now have names--chosen from 1,600 hundred entries from the public.
The names are Arya, Edgar, and Ottawa.
