Binghamton Man Arrested After Fight with Girlfriend

A fight between a boyfriend and a girlfriend leads to a man spending time behind bars.

Broome County deputies say the fight started at a home in Conklin where David Ware, 28, reportedly hit his girlfriend then threw an object at her car damaging the window. They say during this time a three-year-old was inside the home.

Deputies say the two then drove to Satartoga Ave in Binghamton where a third party called police. When a deputy arrived, Ware fled on foot. The deputy had to use a taser to subdue Ware. An investigation revealed Ware also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest in the city for obstruction of breathing. 

We is facing multiple charges including endangering the we
lfare of a child. 

He was arranged in court and is now in the Broome County jail.
