Class Project Ends in Wedding Vows

Ever think of going back to the middle ages to marry a prince or a princess?
You could do that Thursday at St. Cyril's Church on Clinton Street.
The medieval-themed mock wedding was a class project, involving SUNY Broome students and a professional wedding planner .

After arriving by horse and carriage, the bride and groom exchanged vows--all to the delight of guests, and groomsmen.

"I'm overjoyed really. I was very pleased to be accepted as a part of this and I'm very, as they say, pumped for this." said Shane Smith, Groomsman for Wedding.

After the vows, guests feasted at a pig roast, prepared by a campus cooking class.
