New Contract for BAE Systems

U.S. Senator Charles Schumer announced today that BAE Systems in Endicott will receive $7 million from the U.S. Army to develop and supply vehicle electronics for the Paladin Integrated Management Program.
The contract will help preserve around 1,300 jobs in the Endicott area. This investment is only a small part of the larger contract worth $195 million to create 18 vehicle sets to be used by the army's armored Brigade Combat Team.
