Two Pedestrians Hurt in Hit and Run On Clinton Street

Two pedestrians run down in a hit and run incident tonight at the Clinton Street bridge in Binghamton:

It happened shortly before 7:30 this evening, and involved a pick-up truck.
according to a witness,  the driver didn't stop, but it didn't  look like he was fleeing, either. Here's how the witness, Troy Lewis, who was riding in a car with his mother describes it:

"We were driving by, and she was pulled over on the side of the bridge.....people lying in the street, and the driver of the pick-up continued, waiting for the light to change, and obeyed all the traffic laws, said Lewis."

From scanner reports,  police quickly located the driver of the pick-up truck.

As of a 9:30 Friday night,  no arrest had been made, and no charges had been filed.
