B-Sens: Focus on us, not on them

BINGHAMTON -- After the team has had a few days to let their disappointing loss to the Phantoms set in, the team has a new approach to their game.

It revolves around treating every game the same way, no matter who the opponent. The team has to also focus on its own game plan.

Head Coach Luke Richardson says, "Sometimes we get caught up on the good teams, talking a little too much about them and worried about what they are going to do. I think that's what we've got to do with the teams that are not as strong as us. We can't take it for granted and play the way they are going to play."

"We have to come together collectively and really make sure that we're on our game every night. You can't play to the opposition. You have to just focus on your game and your strengths," adds team captain Mark Borowiecki.

The B-Sens travel to Adirondack on Friday night before returning home for a game against the Crunch on Saturday.
