BU Athletes Bring Baseball to FEN

There may be no New York teams in this year's World Series but that hasn't stopped excitement here in the Southern Tier.
The Binghamton University baseball team made a stop Friday at Family Enrichment Network in Johnson City to teach the universal pre-school students how to play. The team taught the pre-schoolers drills in pitching, hitting and agility. Players say it's important to them to help the local community

"I think we can be good role models, good mentors for them. Let them know that if you pursue a dream, you can get there just like all of us have," Senior player, Shaun McGraw said.

The students wore their favorite team jersey's and played baseball with the team for an hour. Their coach says he hopes it becomes an annual tradition.
