Manley's Breast Fest: A Cause Close to the Owner's Heart

People came together to raise money for a cure Saturday at Manley's 2nd Annual Breast Fest.

The bar in Johnson City hosted a pig roast and chicken barbecue along with live music and raffles. Owner Phil Reynolds organized the event after his wife Kathy was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer ten years ago.

"Which it was really hit or miss at the time. And with heroncologist the guy did a great job in taking care of her with Chemo, and surgery and radiation. She's here today to support this with us," said Phillip Reynolds the Event Organizer.

Breast Fest raised $4,000 last year. Reynolds says they hope to reach that goal again this year. All proceeds go to Making Stride Against Breast Cancer.
