Fuzzy Zoeller Promotes Namesake Vodka During DSGO Week

JOHNSON CITY -- Dick's Sporting Goods Open week is not just a chance for golfers to showcase their skills on the course. It provides a chance for some -- like Fuzzy Zoeller -- to do a little self-promotion.

Zoeller visited Giblin's Irish Pub in Johnson City this evening to promote his handcrafted namesake vodka. The golfer shook fans' hands and took pictures, and brought the party to a quiet Main Street.

While he was in the bar, Zoeller took time to reflect on the nearly 40 years he's been playing the Endicott course.

"We go way back now, since 1975 when I first came up into this area. The old pro tournaments we used to have, we've absolutely had a tremendous good time and it's all been played out there at En-Joie. It's beautiful," offered Zoeller.

Zoeller will be at Park Manor Wine & Spirits (Park Manor Plaza, Endwell) on Wednesday from 4-6 PM and then at Nirchi's on the Avenue (Washington Ave, Endicott) from 6:30-7:30 PM. Fans can catch him Thursday night at Greek Key Restaurant & Bar (113 Nanticoke Ave, Endicott) at 8 PM.
