Judge Authorizes Sale of Endicott Interconnect

The sale of Endicott Interconnect Technologies (EIT) is moving forward.
On Tuesday, a bankruptcy judge authorized the asset purchase agreement to Integrian Holdings, and approved the bidding procedures  should another company want to buy the assets.

Integrian is owned by James Matthews. EIT has agreed to sell its assets to Integrian for $250,000.

A hearing on the bidding procedures is set for July 25th.
