Carnevale Sentencing Delayed

Sentencing was delayed today for a murder suspect whose husband--Anthony Carnevale-- is already serving 25-years to life for his role in the same incident she was involved in.

That's because of a plea deal that 23 year old Ashley Carnevale opted for.
Carnevale had won an appeal and a new trial for her part in the home invasion and fatal shooting of Jean Clark in Windsor, in 2009. Another man-- Ethan Button-- was seriously wounded in the same incident.
Instead of going through with a new trial, Ashley Carnevale pled guilty to manslaughter and assault.

In court on Tuesday, her sentence was reduced to attempted assault.
Her sentencing--on the reduced charge--is set for august 13th.
