B-Mets clicking on all cylinders

It's been quite a run in the past two weeks for the B-Mets, playing .750 ball while dealing with a couple weather postponements, late buses, broken down buses, flat tires... but nothing is stopping this team.

After winning their series opener in Portland Monday night, Bingo has now taken three games in a row.

Much of that is due to strong starting pitching and excellent relief innings from the bullpen. The offense has not been too shabby either, and it's not just hitting season for Bingo because of the warm weather. The offense has clicked and team morale is high.

Manager Pedro Lopez is enjoying the success and making jokes about how well his team has played.

"The ultimate goal is for these guys to go out there and perform. They're the ones playing. I don't do anything. The only thing I do is try and put the lineup as cute as possible, different colors just to give them a different look. All the credit goes to the players," said the skipper.

The B-Mets can secure their tenth straight series win if they defeat the Sea Dogs Tuesday night.
