Final Day of DeSisti's Competency Hearing

The Waverly man accused of killing his two relatives in Athens, Pennsylvania appeared in court Tuesday.

Tuesday was the second and final day of 75-year-old John DeSisti's competency hearing.

DeSisti is charged with murdering his cousin Carol and her husband David Keefe back in 2006.

The defense claims DeSisti has dementia and during Monday's hearing, witnesses testified that his condition has gotten worse.

A judge will decide if he will stand trial.
