Road Rage Incident Leads to Three Arrests

MAINE -- A Town of Maine man and his two sons are arrested after a road rage incident.

Sheriffs say 43-year old Joseph Kocian and his two sons, 20-year-old Mason and 18-year-old Adam, saw three youths in a Saturn doing "donuts" on Route 38B at around 1:15 a.m Saturday.  Donuts commonly refer to cars spinning in circles.  Police say the trio then chased after the youths for 20 minutes, until Joseph allegedly rammed his Ford Pick Up into the Saturn-- pushing it off the road and into a ditch.

The suspects then reportedly broke out two of the Saturn's windows and repeatedly punched the occupants, until deputies stopped them.

Joseph is charged with criminal mischeif along with reckless endangerment, reckless driving and assault.  His son Mason faces two counts of criminal mischief and assault.  And Adam faces harassment charges.  All are due in Maine Court later this month.
