Surveillance Photos Help Police Nab Theif

Binghamton police say surveillance photos helped detectives nab a woman accused of grand larceny.

On Monday, detectives released the photos of a woman suspected of stealing store customer's wallet's and then using the stolen credit cards.

The police received a tip the suspect was 49 year old Elizabeth Dellapenta of Vestal.  She's charged with two counts of grand larceny and a count of forgery, all felony charges.
