Two Endicott Men Facing Felony Charges

ENDICOTT -- An Endicott man is facing behind bars accused of stealing hundreds of dollars.

Police say Joseph Lazzaro, 52, unlawfully entered the manger of the Endicott Inn's apartment and took $800. 

He is charged with burglary in the second degree, a Class C Felony. He was arraigned in the Village Court and is in the Broome County Jail without bail.

Endicott police have also arrested a Village man for grand larceny.  They say Austin Novak, 18, is accused of stealing an ATM card and using it to withdraw cash from the victims account. 

He's facing a grand larceny charge, a Class E Felony. He will appear in  the Village Court at a later date.
