JC Senior becomes first Wildcat to play lacrosse in college

JOHNSON CITY -- A Johnson City senior made some school history Wednesday. Nathan Korutz is the first Wildcat to ever sign a National Letter of Intent to play lacrosse in college.

The four-year varsity player signed with Mercy University. He helped JC to a 2012 Section IV Title and also played varsity football for three years. Korutz will major in criminal justice at Mercy.
