Suspended U-E Student Testifies In Court

Those two Union-Endicott students suspended for a year after being accused by another student of threatening to bring guns to school, continue to have their day in court.

One of  the students, Vincent Osborn testified on is own  behalf  in family court on Hawley Street in Binghamton on Monday.

His version of events, that no threats of guns were ever made, was backed up by three other students.

Ron Benjamin, who is the attorney for both Vincent Osborne and the other boy accused in the case, took the matter to court, after the school district refused to reverse the suspensions.
