Cocaine Found in Inmate's Underwear
3/29/2013 (Updated 6:55:43 PM)Cocaine in an inmate's underwear is what the Broome County Sheriff's Department says it found.
Diamond Santana, of Edwards Street, Binghamton, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Staff at the Broome County Jail say a cellophane baggie containing six individually wrapped items which tested positive for cocaine were in hidden in underwear in Santana's personal property bag.
