Aaron Powell, who had been described for the past several days as a person of interest is now in custody, and is being arraigned and charged at 6:00pm Tuesday, with two counts of Second Degree Murder.
He is suspected of killing his estranged wife, Christina Powell, 35, and Mario Masciarelli, 24, last Friday.
It was phone call from Aaron Powell to a family member Tuesday morning that lead to Powell's arrest.

Sheriff Harder says since the incident last Friday they believe he's been in the Springville and Montrose area.
Although the main suspect is in custody police still want to hear from you if you've seen Powell during that time.
Sheriff Harder says 176 leads were logged and investigated some from as far away as Albany.
