Endicott Man Charged with Public Lewdness

A 25- year old Endicott man is arrested for public lewdness --after he was allegedly seen performing a lewd act on himself, in his vehicle in the parking lot of the Price Chopper on North Street in the Village of Endicott.

Under arrest is Frank Maiello, Jr, of Orman Street, Endicott.  He'll appear in court to answer the charges  at a later date.

Police say the  incident occurred on Tuesday.
