Crouch Seeks to Repeal NY SAFE Act

ALBANY -- There's a petition that is being launched by Republican Assemblyman Clifford Crouch.

Crouch wants to repeal Governor Cuomo's NY SAFE Act, which is the recently passed gun control legislation.

It is an on-line petition to repeal, which can be found on the web under: Crouch Repeal Petition.

Crouch says the SAFE Act fails to address the root causes of the horrific acts in Newtown, Connecticut.  Instead, he says, it infringes on the rights of law-abiding gun owners, and treats them as criminals.
