University Plaza Expansion

Come next summer, construction will begin on the latest expansion of of student housing at University Plaza in Vestal, close to the university's main campus.

The 500 bed apartment style student housing will be called the Metroplex.

Marc Newman of the Newman development group says the project will bring the campus further east toward University Plaza creating an ideal compliment to BU's very impressive expansion plan.
