Preston State of County; Fire in Windsor

Numerous fire crews are on the scene in Windsor at this hour, battling a trailer home fire at 100 Hawk Road.

Dispatch tells us there is no one inside at this time, but the structure is fully involve.

We have a crew at the scene, and will have details as they become available. 

Also, a preview of what the county executive is offering to Broome County to sweeten its future.
   
At this hour, County Executive Debbie Preston is unveiling her plans to  strengthen the area's economy, as she delivers her State of the County Address.

Preston will highlight cost-saving moves she's made over the past year, and will lay out plans for economic development, including  the airport corridor, the job incubator in downtown Binghamton, and partnerships among government, business and the educational communities to build a regional economy.
