BU among Top 10 in Best Value

The Princeton Review has named Binghamton University on it's Top 10 List for Best Value Colleges.
   
BU comes in at #8 in 2013.  Factors include how difficult the school is to get into, it's financial aid ranking, and what the review calls tuition GPA - the total cost of attending minus the average gift aid.
